• Commitment to a healthy diet and exercise plan alongside the prescribed treatment.

You may not be eligible if you have certain medical conditions, including:

• Severe kidney, liver, or heart issues.

• A history of medullary thyroid cancer or endocrine neoplasia syndrome.

• Severe mental health conditions or eating disorders.

Steps to Getting Started with Betty’s Aesthetics

Step 1: Complete Your Online Medical Assessment
Start by completing the online medical assessment form. This form helps us understand your health and goals.
Once submitted, Lisa, our expert nurse prescriber, will review your form. If suitable, you will receive:

• An invoice for your initial appointment and starter kit (£275), which includes all necessary equipment to begin your treatment.

• An invitation to book your first appointment.

Step 2: Attend Your First Appointment
During your first appointment, Lisa will:

• Review your medical history in-depth.

• Take baseline measurements (weight, height, body measurements, blood pressure, heart rate).

• Take photographs for medical records (often motivating when comparing progress photos later).

• Supervise your first injection (if you wish to start immediately) or schedule a follow-up for your first injection.

• Provide your starter kit, including your pen and all necessary equipment for weekly self-administration at home.

Step 3: Begin Your Journey with Ongoing Support
At Betty’s Aesthetics, we’re with you every step of the way:

• Day 2-3 Check-In: We’ll follow up after your first injection to ensure everything is going smoothly and address any concerns.

• 1-Week Check-In: We’ll check in again to monitor your progress and provide additional support.

• Regular Follow-Up Appointments: Typically scheduled every 4 weeks, (can be more frequent if required) these appointments will monitor your progress, adjust your plan as needed. These appointments can be in-person or virtual.

• Access to a Closed WhatsApp Support Group: Join a supportive community where you can share experiences, ask questions, and receive encouragement from others on the same journey.
