Kate. Samprati Yoga & Wellbeing: Relax & Flow Yoga & Yoga Trapeze.

Kate has been studying yoga for around 9 years, her classes focus on practicing self care, being gentle and kind to yourself.

Relax and flow yoga is suitable for all, no previous experience or flexibility required. A gentle practice to stretch the body and strengthen the mind, feel your way into your body to find space and comfort.

A very mindful class great for your mental health and stress relief. Also an Ideal way to improve flexibility and mobility.

Yoga trapeze, Helps to reverse the effects of gravity. Can Improve grip strength helping with, weak or painful wrists. Can Help to relieve compression between the vertebra, Build upper body pulling strength to rebalance the upper body, build core strength, improve flexibility, build confidence and have fun! Is a 75min class.

Tara: Children's Street & Theatre Dance Classes.

Tara started dancing at the age of 3 & went on to study various styles of dance including ballet, tap, modern and street.

Throughout her childhood, she successfully completed all her gradings through various syllabuses, including RAD, ISTD & BBO.

Through Tara's years of training she won numerous dance & performing arts scholarships & awards, which allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge and training from various industry professionals such as teachers from the Royal Ballet School & performers from West End musicals.

As a young performer Tara took part in many pantomime productions and regularly performed at festivals across the country.

At 17 Tara began assisting dance classes, and from that moment she knew that teaching dance to children was the path for her. Over the next 10 years she taught at different dance schools before setting up her own, which she successfully ran for for 6 years. On moving away from the area Tara has since helped manage a dance school in Gloucestershire.

Tara's passion is making her dance classes inclusive to everyone & a happy environment where the joy of dance can be expressed.

Tara is always working & training to extend her knowledge to make your dance experience the best it can be.

Gemma: Women's Slow Flow Yoga.

Gemma has been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching for ten years. Her style is relaxed and welcoming with an emphasis on whole body and mind wellbeing. Expect gentle slow flowing movements and breathwork to aid deep relaxation.


After her 200hr teacher training she completed additional qualifications in pre and postnatal yoga, Teen Yoga with Charlotta Martinus, children's yoga (including baby yoga) and most recently fertility yoga with Real Fertile and Sally Parkes Yoga. 


Women's Slow Flow is a predominantly floor based class with gentle flowing sequences working with the breath to facilitate relaxation. You'll leave feeling calm, ready for a great night's sleep and totally zen! 


Gemma is also a qualified Barre instructor and incorporates some of these moves into her classes. She believes yoga is for everybody and that yoga should be jargon free, accessible and most importantly, fun!

Kitty Ribbons is an international award winning burlesque performer and newly qualified ChiChi fit instructor. With over 15 years of teaching experience Kitty is bringing her love of musical theatre to Coleford. She prides herself on making her classes fun, Joyful ,non-judge mental and open to all.

ChiChi Fit is a BRAND NEW, Musical Theatre inspired, dance fitness program designed to suit everyone. Feel like a Broadway star as you dance along to routines from famous musical shows. Sing along too! Experience the energy in this fun, theatrical dance workout. Let the rhythm and lyrics be your guide as you shimmy and sweat.

Rachel: PartyFit.


Rachel has been dancing socially and competitively for as long as she can remember. However, her true passion lies in cheesy party dances.

Mother to 3 fabulous teenagers, Rachel taught children to dance and perform at the ICC Wales, but soon came to the realization that adults share her love for cheesy music too, and in today's fast-paced and stressful world, finding time to relax, de-stress, and unwind can be a challenge. Rachel's hope is that PartyFit Megamix can provide you with that much-needed hour of fun and laughter. Dance the stress away.
