Betty Noir specialises in vintage hair & makeup styles of the 1920s-1960s. Arrange an appointment with me at my studio, or I can visit you at your home*. *an additional travel cost of 45p per mile, outside of a 15mile radius of GL14 2YB will be incurred on any home bookings.
