All other appointments will be at our Cinderford clinic. PhilArt Eye is designed specifically for treating the delicate eye area and unlike many treatments can be used across the whole eye area including eyelids. It aims to revive tired looking eyes, reduce fine lines and improve the quality and lustre of the skin. Recommended treatment protocol. 1 treatment every 14-21 days for 3-4 treatments.
